Refund and Credit
CAMP REFUNDS & CREDITS
Due to the cancellation of many of our in-person summer programs our team has begun the process of crediting and refunding fees based on the recent surveys that have been sent out to our participants. Due to the volume of requests this processing will take several weeks and participants may receive refunds as several individual transactions. We hope to have all refunds completed by the end of the month.
If your child was enrolled in a Summer Camp and you did not receive a survey please contact Holly Klotz at email@example.com to request a link to this survey.
We appreciate your understanding, as we follow necessary fiscal-year accounting procedures during the pandemic - refunds for June camps will be processed in June, whereas refunds for July/August camps will be processed beginning July 1st.
Rec & Ed Staff will be responding to each and every request as soon as we can.
