Refund and Wait List
WAIT LIST POLICY
Participants who register after a camp has reached its maximum enrollment will be placed on a wait list for that camp.
We will email you a wait list confirmation. This is not a receipt.
You will only be contacted if/when an opening becomes available.
Please do not attend the camp for which you are wait-listed until our staff notifies you. If an opening does not occur, payment made with an individual check will be returned to the payer. Payment made with a single check for multiple registrations will be credited to the payer's account. This credit may be used for future registrations or will be refunded upon receipt of a written request. Credit cards are not charged for camp registrations that are wait-listed. Being wait-listed for a camp during the early bird registration period does not secure early bird pricing. If a spot becomes available in that camp, you will be charged the current price of the camp.
Transfer requests are subject to availability, and must be emailed to 10 or more calendar days before the start date of the camp. No transfer requests will be accepted after that time. All transfers will incur a $5 per camp processing fee. If there is a difference in camp price, and the transfer results in additional money owed, payment will be collected over the phone. However, if the transfer results in a surplus, your account will be credited.
CAMP REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refund requests must be received in writing 10 or more calendar days before the start date of the camp. No refund requests will be accepted after that time.
All refunds will incur a $25 per camp processing fee. Camp fees will not be pro-rated based on the camper's attendance.
